By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users of the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. However, colors and appearance can vary depending on your device and display settings. Minor variations in packaging, color, texture, fragrance perception, or finish may occur where they do not materially change the product.
Product descriptions and availability may be updated without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit quantities or sales by person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.
Fragrance preferences and sensitivity vary between individuals. Product descriptions are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or health claims. Follow the care and safety instructions shown on the relevant product page and packaging.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, AND CANCELLATION
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when MEROVI confirms acceptance or dispatches the order, as permitted by applicable law. We may reject or cancel an order because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Contact contact@merovi.co promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES, AND DUTIES
Product prices are displayed in USD. Prices include applicable taxes where configured for the relevant market. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you submit your order.
Orders below USD 59.90 are charged a flat USD 9.90 standard shipping fee for supported destinations. Orders of USD 59.90 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The qualifying threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before any charges that Shopify excludes from the shipping-rate calculation.
MEROVI covers applicable import duties and import taxes for every destination available at checkout. Where merchant-paid-duty or Delivered Duty Paid shipping is available, we use it to settle import charges. If a carrier asks you to pay import duties or import taxes, contact contact@merovi.co before paying so we can arrange payment. If you have already paid, provide the carrier receipt and we will reimburse verified import duties and import taxes.
We may change prices, discounts, and promotions without notice. A price change does not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where correction is permitted by applicable law because of an obvious pricing error.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers and is subject to their terms and security procedures.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–7 days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, destination conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Orders are fulfilled from MEROVI Houston Fulfillment & Returns, 9539 Town Park Dr, Houston, TX 77036, United States. We currently ship only to countries and regions made available at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address requires correction. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Tracking details will be provided when available.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy at https://merovi.co/policies/refund-policy.
To request a return, contact contact@merovi.co before sending any item. Approved returns must be sent to MEROVI Houston Fulfillment & Returns, 9539 Town Park Dr, Houston, TX 77036, United States. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any exclusion relating to opened fragrance products does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content, including MEROVI branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, and design, are owned by or licensed to MEROVI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names, trademarks, product names, and images remain the property of their respective owners. No use of this website grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
SECTION 8 — CUSTOMER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
You grant MEROVI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to MEROVI.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or unrelated to the product or service being reviewed. We are not obligated to publish every submission.

The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product information, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability. We may correct errors and update information as permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. This does not affect rights relating to orders already accepted or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEROVI and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Where liability cannot be excluded, MEROVI’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any mandatory consumer right.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify MEROVI against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where the claim results from MEROVI’s own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or separated from the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the entire agreement between you and MEROVI concerning use of the website and purchases from the store, except for rights or terms that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the MEROVI business operator and the transaction, without excluding mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country or region. Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive a mandatory right or remedy.

Changes apply from publication unless a later date is stated. Material changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to orders already accepted, except where permitted or required by law.
