Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–7 days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather, or destination conditions.

We currently ship to the countries available in the country selector at checkout. Orders below USD 59.90 are charged a flat USD 9.90 shipping fee. Orders of USD 59.90 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

MEROVI covers applicable import duties and import taxes for every destination available at checkout. We use merchant-paid-duty or Delivered Duty Paid shipping where available. If a carrier requests an import payment from you, contact contact@merovi.co before paying so we can arrange payment. If you have already paid, send us the carrier receipt and we will reimburse verified import duties and import taxes.

 Tracking information will be sent after dispatch when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact contact@merovi.co promptly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
