14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email contact@merovi.co before sending any item. Approved returns must be sent to MEROVI Houston Fulfillment & Returns, 9539 Town Park Dr, Houston, TX 77036, United States. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Opened incense, room sprays, and scent products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons because their condition cannot be verified after opening. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

European Union customers may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel or return an order, subject to applicable exclusions and local law.
